Shipping Policy

How will my order ship?

You order will ship by UPS Ground and will be delivered within 4 weeks of order date plus UPS transit time. Deliveries are not typically made on Saturday or Sunday. Your order will ship in a 17”x17”x37” box and weight approximately 7 lbs.


Where do we ship?

UPS ships to street addresses within the continental United States. UPS cannot delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately we do not ship to US Territories or foreign countries at this time. We do not offer expedited shipping.


How can I track my shipment?

We will send an email notification when your order ships and that will include tracking information.

What are the shipping rates?

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Orders shipped to North Carolina are subject to all applicable local and state sales tax.


What if my item arrives damaged?

Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your order for damages or defects and notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Care at 855-610-4264 or info@hangology.com and a representative will be glad to assist with the replacement.


How are fabric swatches shipped?

For your convenience we offer all our fabric swatches free of charge; however, there is a $5.95 shipping and processing fee, limit five swatches. Swatches ship via USPS.
