We at Hangology strive to achieve the highest quality and craftsmanship in all our products. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged or defective merchandise, please review our returns policy below.
Change/ Cancellation
Our products are custom made and therefore cannot be returned.
DAMAGES/ DEFECTS
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your order for damages or defects and notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Care at 855-610-4264 or info@hangology.com and a representative will be glad to assist with the replacement.
COM/ CUSTOMER’S OWN MATERIAL
All (COM) orders are non-refundable. (Limited to transit damage or manufacturing defects)
CREDIT
To insure proper credit, please mark Return Authorizations Tag number on outside of package. It may take up to 5 business days to process credit. All Returns Must Be Authorized By Hangology.
DELIVERY
Hangology does its best to assure your order will arrive within the quoted delivery time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance; however, we do not provide monetary compensation for late deliveries.
